Baby, It's Cold Outside

My favorite things to do outside in the snow is have a snowball fight, build a snowman, and go sledding this are my favorite things because they are all something that family can do together and you don’t have to do it all by yourself or you can go out and have fun with friends. My most favorite winter memory is when we had that really bad blizzard last year me and my dad and my boyfriend took my dad’s truck out in it and it was the same night the blizzard had started and we wanted to go get pop from the gas station so we drove his truck and we had got it stuck on 136 but he managed to get it un stuck then I have to say the day after was my favorite part to because we got to go out and sled in it.

The Briggsy Awards

The most interesting part of this class was how we got through all the books you wanted us to read before the end of the semester and got all the worksheets done and all the test. The most boring part of the class is when we have to read to ourselves because it just isn’t the same because you have different voices you use I don’t think there is a useless part of this class. The hardest I laughed in this class is when we had to read the sex part of the book Rats Saw God. The thing I learned that will be really useful is that when you are absent make sure you get caught up on the book you are reading. Best thing about Briggs being a teacher is that we barley had homework because we always had time to do the work in class or you wouldn’t assign the worksheet. I don’t think that there is anything you can do to make it better.

One Song

The one song that has influenced me is called Bonnie & Clyde and it’s by a singer named HAYSTAK this song is important to me because when I got with my boyfriend he told me to listen to the song because it would be us because the song says on how you will be together forever. When I first listened to it I almost cried because it was a really romantic song. I think I reacted to it the way I did because I didn’t really believe it was the right song for us or that we would be together forever but after a year we are still together. I would recommend this song to my peers because if they want to tell someone how they truly feel about them then they can have them listen to this song.

Back to the Future

I think that the future will hold a lot of new creations that will be made. Maybe a lot of new cars being built or just a lot of jobs opening to where people can have more jobs and more money to raise their kids. The society around the world may become better than it is now. Our lives may become a lot more better than they are now. We all may have better lives than we do now.

of age

I don’t think that one of the laws should be changed. The drinking one should stay the same because you don’t want to have kids go out drinking that are still in high school because they could come to school hung over or they can come and could of already drank that same morning before they came to school. The voting one should be changed to 16 because it’s not right that you have to wait till you are 18 to vote because what if the kids younger than 18 want to be able to speak their mind and want the chance to vote for their country to and have a say in who should be president or who should run for what.

Fear Factor

The fear I had when I was a little kid was sleeping in the dark because I was always afraid that something was going to come out from underneath my bed or come through my window so then I eventually got a night light. But to get over my fear I would always check underneath my bed before I went to sleep and I would always make sure that I had my baby blanket with me because that was my security blanket when I was younger and that is how I would always get over my fear is my having my blanket with me.

Quirky Traditions

The tradition that we always share with friends is going to Louisville, Kentucky every year and March and going to the American Truck Show that they always have down there it’s pretty fun and really awesome. They always have different trucks down there every year that you can climb in well some of them you can climb in and some of them are painted all up so that away they have different decorations on them. They always have truck down there that a guy makes and it is made out of either ice or sand or just whatever the guy decides to make it from the year they have it. They also have different singers or famous people down there that you can meet. I know one year that we went we met Aaron Tippin and the guys from Trick My Truck which was a show that had on T.V. I’m not sure if it is still on T.V. though.

Week 8

The one thing that I still have is my baby blanket and I use to take it everywhere with me and I would sleep with it all-night because it was a security blanket to me I’ve had this blanket since the day I was born and that was 18 years ago. I still have it and it sits at the end of my bed and that’s where it stays I can’t really do anything with because it is falling apart because it is so old so I just keep it at the end of my bed so no one touches it or messes with it.

week 7 Bragging Rights

The one thing that I would like to brag about is that I get to graduate early in December but it won’t be from Olympia because I am moving to Bloomington sometime soon so it will be from their school and I’m pretty excited to be done with school a lot earlier than the rest of my graduating class and not just that I’m going to be a mommy in December or maybe November depending on when my son comes because he is already 2 weeks ahead of himself so he will be here sooner than expected and we are all pretty excited about it .

the perfect 24 hours

The perfect 24 hours for me would be spending time with family and friends going out to do whatever I wanted to do just to have fun. But the one thing I would do I would mainly spend time with my son and my boyfriend I would go to the park with them and take them to the zoo and then I would ask them what movie they wanted to go see so then that away we could go see a movie that we all agree on as a family and make the best out of it I would eat my favorite foods from the movie theater which are nachos and popcorn.

The best year

The best year would have to be 2009 because on September 8, 2009 I became an aunt to a gorgeous little boy named Joshua he is now 2 and the perfect little thing ever. The only time that he really gets on my nerves is when he has his terrible two fits and he doesn’t like to listen to anyone or when he just walks up to you and just smacks you or pulls you off of the couch to get something for him. But he has lived with me since the day he came home from the hospital and I love him and adore him a lot.

I think I resemble my dad because he has a major attitude and when people make me mad I get the attitude that he has. All of us girls are told we look like my mom but she tells everyone we resemble my dad more than her. I think I would rather resemble my mom because with the attitude we get from my dad it could get us in trouble if people really make us mad and getting in trouble is one of the things that I try to avoid because most of it is just over the stupidest things ever.

Remembering First

My first pet I had was a kitten because I grew up around dogs and then when I hit the age of 5 my dad came home with a kitten for me because I kept telling him I was tired of dogs and wanted a different animal and I wanted a kitten so that’s what I got it was a boy cat named stripes was black and gray and white. Every time I wake up in the morning I would always feed and water him. We lived in Kentucky at the time and we were moving back up here so until we got to where we were fully moved in our new house up here I kept him at my grandma’s house and my cousins scared him off. So then I never did get a new one till just last year and it’s a girl her name is tabby and she is orange and white.

my show i couldnt wait to see

The one T.V. Show I was looking forward 2 seeing after all the reruns was Teen Mom 2 because I absolutely love seeing how their kids have grown over the years and not just that the whole deal between Amber and Gary isn’t right because their poor daughter Leah has 2 be stuck in the middle and she really doesn’t need to be because they always split and get back together and its prolly killing her. Then Maci is starting to have trouble with her exboyfriend Ryan because he wants to go and get custody rights also of Bentley all because she has her new boyfriend Kyle living with her and he doesn’t really like that whole idea. But in my opinion Kyle is a better day for Bentley then Ryan is. Then you have Farrah who has to raise her daughter Sophia’s because Sophia’s dad passed away before his daughter was born.

In school things are going great so far just hate the fact that I have to get up early every morning to come but its my last year so it will all work out. I think the only class I’m going to find to be the hardest is Spanish 1 because I can’t really say half the words that we have for vocab. I think the easiest class is going to be English 4 life because we do most of our work in class and we do it together and the other one would have 2 be textile and design because we will do all of the work in class also. I don’t really know who my least favorite teacher is right now. I haven’t really had any homework yet. I think I will do really well and pass them all.
